4 Week Update (for you Rico ;)

Seems that Payce changes everyday. He has grown so much and is more alert. He still is pretty calm but has learned to fuss a little more when he needs or wants something. The pacifier has become his friend though we never intended for him to have one much. Sunday his umbilical cord finally came off and he officially has a belly button! He is sleeping four hours at a time at night with a feeding in between. It is nice though that he usually goes right back to sleep after he eats.


Last weekend Zach's parents and grandma came for a visit. This was Payce's first time to meet Grandma Koehn, his Great-Grandma. We had a good visit and of course Payce was the topic of most conversations and had eyes on him at all times!

I can't believe our first babies are about to be 3! It seems that just yesterday Maggie and Cari were pregnant and sitting miserably in Austin humidity in mid-June at a baseball game as we all anticipated the birth of the little guys. Tyler born July 19th and Koda just two weeks later on August 2nd, these guys were destined to be buddies! They have taught us so much in a short time and Uncle Zach and Aunt Christy adore them. We miss the baby days but are eating up the toddler years. We love you both...Happy Birthday!
