We participated in the Trooper McDonald Memorial Benefit Run in Post. It was a 5K run/1 mile walk. Zach and I had planned to walk at least the mile. It was very cold and windy that morning and Knox wasn't in the best mood. Zach ended up letting me do the race and stayed back with a fussy Knox. I ran most of the mile and walked some. Wish I had been in better shape to run the 5K. Maybe next year! The event proceeds were donated to my brother's family to help with my sweet niece, Brynne's, medical bills.
